General Manager Yousef Khatib celebrates over a decade of experience with Old Ebbitt Grill. He began as a server and quickly rose through the ranks - excelling as a “Top Gun,” Manager, and Assistant General Manager - before departing to successfully lead Clyde’s Tower Oaks Lodge as General Manager. Widely admired and respected by colleagues and guests alike, Yousef is known for his leadership, hospitality, and commitment to excellence. His return to the Ebbitt marks an exciting new chapter as he guides the landmark restaurant into its next era.
